FAQs

How do custom orders work?

You send me an idea, sketch, photo, or broken part. I’ll review it, ask a few smart questions, and give you a clear quote. If design work is needed, I’ll create or refine the model and show it to you before printing. Once you approve, I print it and ship it. Simple and transparent.

How long does printing take?

Most standard items ship within 3–7 business days. Custom projects vary depending on size and complexity, but I’ll always give you a realistic timeline up front so there’s no guessing or waiting in the dark.

What materials do you use?

I primarily use PLA, PETG, and specialty filaments depending on the project. If strength, heat resistance, or finish matters, I’ll help you choose the right material instead of just picking whatever’s easiest to print.

How much do custom prints cost?

Pricing depends on size, material, print time, and any design work involved. Send me the details of your project and I’ll give you a fair, clear quote before anything is printed.

What if something breaks or doesn’t fit?

Reach out. If there’s a defect, damage in shipping, or a legitimate fit issue, I’ll make it right. I stand behind my work, and I want you to be happy with what you receive.

Can you print anything?

Just about anything. There are limits to physics, materials, and printer size, but I’ll always be honest about what’s possible and suggest alternatives if something won’t work. I’d rather solve the problem than force a bad print.

Do you offer design help if I don’t have a model?

Yes. If you have an idea but no 3D file, I can design it with you, refine it, and make sure it’s ready to print. A lot of my custom work starts exactly this way.

Do you do bulk or business orders?

Absolutely. I do small-batch runs, business orders, event items, and repeat production. Bulk pricing is available depending on quantity and complexity.

Where are you located?

I’m based in Parkville, Missouri, USA, and I ship anywhere in the United States.

Do you sell copyrighted characters?

I can print licensed designs or personal-use items, but I can’t sell copyrighted characters or IP I don’t have rights to. If you’re unsure, just ask and I’ll tell you what’s okay.

What is 3D printing, exactly?

3D printing turns digital designs into real objects by building them layer by layer. I use professional-grade printers and carefully tuned settings to make sure each print is clean, strong, and consistent.

I have a weird idea. Should I even ask?

ABSOLUTELY YES!!! Definitely ask. Those are usually the most fun projects, and they’re kind of my specialty.
